To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the formation of the Kearns Foundation in 2017, the trustees have secured government funding to support 10 young people with leadership, teambuilding and project management skills, and to support them to make a fundamental change within their local community in Norfolk, United Kingdom.

The Learn, Lead, Live and Let Live Programme (5LP) is FREE to access and takes place from April to November with a range of events and activities including mentoring and support, as well as a community project.

The Kearns Foundation are looking to recruit 10 young people reflecting the geographical and demographical diversity of Norfolk and is open to young people aged between the 14th and 20th birthdays (on 1st June 2017) or up to 25 for young people with disabilities.
