How do I listen in a supporting way?
To listen in a supportive way, try to understand them and respect their thoughts, don’t interrupt, only give advice if they want it, be aware of their feelings and be empathetic and supportive, not judgemental.

For most women, a miscarriage is a one-off event and they go on to have a successful pregnancy in the future. Most women are able to have a healthy pregnancy after a miscarriage, even in cases of recurrent miscarriages.
The main sign of a miscarriage is vaginal bleeding, which may be followed by cramping and pain in your lower abdomen. However, light vaginal bleeding is quite common during the first 12 weeks and doesn’t necessarily mean you’re having a miscarriage.
There are 4 steps to successful budgeting: fill in a budget sheet of all your incomings and outgoings, calculate your total incomings and outgoings, take action to change it if you need to, and regularly revise it.
Budgeting will help you keep track of money going out, avoid spending money that you don’t have, deal with debt by planning repayments in a way that you can manage, work out how much (if any) money you can save, and decide whether you can afford to buy something that you would like.
You can never know how many lives you’ve touched, so just know it’s far more thank you think. Even the tiniest acts of love, kindness and compassion can have a massive ripple effect. You have made the world a better place, even if you don’t always see it.
Don’t put dirty dishes near the dishwasher, put them straight in it; you don’t need an extra task of loading everyone’s dishes in. Turn it on just before you leave in the morning, or last thing at night, to make sure they’re always clean for when you need them.
