Stopping smoking reduces your risk of lung cancer
As soon as you stop smoking, your risk of lung cancer starts to go down. 10 years after you’ve stopped smoking, your lung cancer risk is half that of someone who has continued to smoke.
If you are in open water and feel a serious cramp starting remember how buoyant your wetsuit is, roll onto your back, float and try to stretch it out.

Muscle cramps can be caused by overexertion of the calf muscles while exercising, insufficient stretching before exercise, muscle fatigue and dehydration.
Muscle cramps are a common and usually harmless condition where the muscle suddenly becomes tight and painful, from a few seconds to 10 minutes. It usually occurs in the calf muscles, although it can affect any part of your leg, including your feet and thighs.
Common signs of dehydration include: feeling thirsty; dark urine and not passing much urine when you go to the toilet; headaches; lack of energy; feeling lightheaded.
Brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste twice a day, spending at least two minutes each time. Avoid rinsing your mouth with water or mouthwash after brushing because this washes the protective toothpaste away.
Symptoms of tooth decay can include: toothache; tooth sensitivity (feeling tenderness or pain when eating or drinking something hot, cold or sweet); grey, brown or black spots appearing on your teeth; bad breath; an unpleasant taste in your mouth.
Tooth decay is a common problem that occurs when acids in your mouth dissolve the outer layers of your teeth. If left untreated, it can lead to further problems such as a cavities, gum disease or dental abscesses.
