Hi everyone, I’m a Spanish, 17 years old who suffers from agoraphobia and Respect Yourself has given me the chance of sharing this experience with all of you so if you are agoraphobic too you can see you’re not the only one, in fact we are a lot and I’m sure all of us will overcome this sooner or later.

Norfolk as a county is officially recognised as the safest in the country and North Norfolk is a beautiful tranquil area which is considered the safest part of our county. Therefore the incident that occurred outside Cromer Police Station on the 9th October 2012 is all the more extraordinary for this part of the world.

Claire and Andrew from Respect Yourself were interviewed earlier this year, along with Naomi Selim, Under 18’s Service Manager from the Matthew Project and Judith Bell, Chief Executive of the Yare Valley & District Citizens Advice Bureau, on what Respect Yourself is, what other charities think of Respect Yourself and how you can help.
