All the negativity in the world can’t bring you down unless you allow it to get inside your head. Remember that you have full control over your attitude.
If you look for the light, you can often find it. But if you look for the dark, that is all you will ever see.
It IS possible to take care of your own needs while simultaneously caring for those around you. And once your needs are met, you will likely be far more capable of helping those who need you most.

It isn’t your problems that define you, but how you react to them and recover from them. Problems will not disappear unless you take action. Do what you can, when you can, and acknowledge what you’ve done.
We all have things we’re scared of doing which can help us move forward in our path through life. Sometimes we just need to go for it – feel the fear and do it anyway.
