Excerpt: The plea comes as 19-year-old Joseph Salah-Eldin starts a three-year four month prison sentence for causing death by careless driving when unfit through drink following the death of his friend David Powell, 20, following a crash at Heacham in September last year. It emerged Salah-Eldin, of Wallace Twite Way, Dersingham, had only passed his test two months before the crash, was found to be twice legal drink drive limit and travelling at speeds of up to 101mph in a 40mph zone.
