Eczema is a condition that causes the skin to become itchy, red, dry and cracked. It is a long-term condition and often occurs in people with allergies or with a family history of it.
Other people will think all sorts of things about you, and their thoughts will say more about them than they do about you.
Next time you’re worrying about what someone might think of you, ask yourself “can their thoughts really affect me?” … and then get on with whatever you want to do.
