It is better to praise someone than ridicule them, in every circumstance. You both get a lot more from the praising.
Don’t let a bad situation affect the outcomes of other things during the rest of your day. Any ‘bad day’ can be put ‘right’ if you decide to.
Learn to love your Self – the only person you can guarantee will be with you at all times through all situations for all of your life.
Wherever you go, there You are. In every relationship and every situation, there You are again. You are always present with your Self.

Things which help in life: friends to believe in you, family to support you, a quiet place to think and regroup yourself, a way of finding extra strength, how to deal with criticism and bounce back.
Create your own ‘life’ toolkit, of how you handle different emotions and situations. Each time you find a better way, upgrade it with your improved tools, and use them the next time.
You can choose what words from others that you let into your heart. Don’t let bad ones in and certainly don’t believe them – you’re the only expert on yourself and know what’s right and what’s wrong.
The difference between who you are and who you want to be…is what you do. It is your action that will change the world.
