Decide what type of Self Talk you want to hear. If you want to be more positive, look at the situations throughout your day and see how you can change your perspective of them into something positive.
For a whole day, make note of the way you Self Talk in any given situation; pay attention to both positive and negative. Stand back and listen to the tone of your Self Talk, without making any adjustments just yet.

If someone treats people badly, you don’t need to get revenge on them. You can walk away and let their own consequences happen from the things they say and do.
After running away from home, research by NSPCC says 1 in 6 young people slept rough, 1 in 8 were physically hurt and 1 in 9 were sexually assaulted.
