Stoptober is a “stop smoking” campaign
Stoptober is an NHS campaign to give free support to people quitting smoking. Stop smoking for 28 days and you’re five times more likely to stay smokefree for good.
Tattoos can be removed with laser treatment, but can leave a degree of shading and scarring on the skin. Between six and eight treatment sessions are usually needed and each can cost several hundred pounds.
Almost one third of people regret getting tattoos. Men are three times more likely to regret their tattoo if it was done when they were under 16 years of age.

Schedule outdoor activities to avoid the hours when the sun is at its strongest – when directly overhead. Doing this can help to minimise exposure. Where possible, rearrange your day’s schedule to spend time outdoors when the sun is lower in the sky – early mornings and late afternoons (11am-3pm).
Each day dogs need fresh water available, food, somewhere cool to lay, exercise, and companionship. If these are not available their temperament may change.
Don’t always apply child rules when you are an adult. For example, as children we are told “Don’t talk to strangers”, for safety. As adults, you can do this and make new friends.
