Never doubt yourself. Doubt is only a thought and feeling. Break through the barrier of doubt to better yourself. Doubts are part of life; act in spite of them.
If we perceive our results as failure instead of feedback, we can feel sorry for ourselves. If we accept that every result we get in life is simply feedback, whether it’s positive or negative, each situation will present us with a learning opportunity.
Never be Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired: HALT. It’s time to STOP, put things on hold and give yourself a chance to reflect and recover.
