Criticising people doesn’t have the effect you may think it does. Over time, you may have noticed that most of the people whose faults you have gone to such trouble to correct have improved much less than you would have expected. Being less critical and focusing on what has gone ‘right’ is far more effective in getting people to improve what they are doing.

What is insurance?

Insurance is where you pay to insure against something happening to yourself or your property. If the worst happens, the insurance company pays out either the full cost of repairing or replacing the damaged goods, or an agreed sum.

The consequences of a drug drive conviction

For a drug drive conviction there will be a specific record on the driving licence for eleven years that details a conviction for drug driving. If they drive for work their employer will see the conviction when they have to produce their licence. Car insurance will increase significantly.

How much sleep do I need?

Different people need different numbers of sleep hours, depending on age, physical activity levels, general health and other individual factors. Generally, primary school children and teenagers need 9-10 hours of sleep each night, whereas adults need at least 8.
