Fun with Shampoo (Week 28) by elaine
When applying hair conditioner, start at the ends of your hair and work towards your head. It’s more difficult to rinse off than shampoo, so after you think you’ve rinsed it all out (when your hair stops feeling super slippery), rinse again for the same amount of time.

Shampooing your hair on a regular basis will remove both the dirt and grime buildup in your hair, but also the helpful natural oils. This can be fixed by using a conditioner after you’ve rinsed out all the shampoo.
