It’s not rude or unreasonable to ask for, or give, basic respect. People should treat you and your boundaries with some level of respect, just as you should treat them with the same.
By the time your wisdom teeth grow through the gums, the other 28 adult teeth are usually in place, so there isn’t always enough room in the mouth for them to grow properly. They don’t usually need to be removed if they aren’t causing any problems.
Wisdom teeth are the last four of your adult teeth and usually emerge later than the others, generally between the ages of 17 and 21. They are located in the four back corners.

While mental health issues are gaining more awareness than ever, and the knowledge they affect many of us is gradually becoming commonplace, there are still some pervasive stigmas that make it hard for young people to ask for help. If they think they may be experiencing something to do with mental health, they may be scared to say anything for fear of bullying or abuse from peers.
If you feel yourself getting overwhelmed by a situation, step back and realise this feeling isn’t permanent – nothing is. Then focus on action steps – on the things you can control. What can you do today to proactively create a solution?

A lot of the drama in our life takes place in our own heads, usually because we’re too deeply immersed in a difficult situation to recognise it isn’t as dire as it seems.
