Can I recover from self-harm on my own?
Some will be able to work through their self-harm issues by talking with friends and/or family. They may find it hard to understand; ask for help dealing with your emotions.
Whatever someone did to you in the past has no power over the present. Only you give it power.
Everyone makes mistakes each day – so allow yourself to. Recognise the failure and turn it into an opportunity to create something better, which will build trust and respect with others.

Hi everyone, I’m a Spanish, 17 years old who suffers from agoraphobia and Respect Yourself has given me the chance of sharing this experience with all of you so if you are agoraphobic too you can see you’re not the only one, in fact we are a lot and I’m sure all of us will overcome this sooner or later.
