Don’t take other people’s opinion as your Truth. If it’s not true, don’t live it, take it to heart or take it personally. Shake it off and get on with it.
Every time you discover you are thinking negative thoughts, tell yourself gently but firmly, “Drop it!” then immediately turn your attention to the world around you.
When it happens, notice the negative thinking pattern, label it, and let it float away. Decide to stop dwelling on the idea.
