What is my credit score?

Your credit rating is an indicator to lending companies of how much financial risk you pose and how much profit they can make from you. A high score is better as it shows you have proven yourself to be responsible with money.

What are the consequences of shoplifting?

If you are caught shoplifting, there are many possible consequences that you may be faced with – some of these are short term and others are long term. The main consequences of being caught shoplifting are: a police caution, being arrested, a criminal record and potentially prison (depending on the severity of the offence).

Breakfast provides energy and nutrients

Breakfast provides you with the energy and nutrients that lead to increased concentration in the classroom. People who skip breakfast are unlikely to make up their daily requirement for some vitamins and minerals that a simple breakfast would have provided.

Understanding “willpower”

Willpower comes down to just one choice: do I choose to do it, or choose not to do it? Make it a concious decision. Being truthful to yourself, which will give you the better outcome? Once you start making these decisions and seeing the results, they get easier and you understand better what “willpower” is.

Don’t put off learning a new skill or doing something you always wanted to do just because it will take too long. Allocate 15 minutes a day, every day, to doing it, and you will soon start making progress.
