Feel grateful for all that you have
Take just two minutes out of your day to focus on being grateful for all the things you have. Make a list of them in your head or write them down in your journal at the beginning or end of the day.

Look at how you have grown and what you have achieved. Appreciate what you have done and what you have. See how far you have come and what you are planning to do.
Remind yourself that it’s okay not to be perfect. Aspiring to become a better person is more realistic. All you have to do is to accept imperfections.
There are always new business opportunities to find, new tests in school to take and new people to date or make friends with.
Envy comes from a perceived scarcity in some area of your life. Instead, keep your focus steadily on the opportunities, on the new chances, on what you can learn as best you can instead of confining your mind and your life.
Positive self-talk creates positive self-image and self-esteem, leading to positive self-talk. Take control of your self-talk and start a positive cycle.
What would happen if you surrounded yourself with people who support you and help you grow into becoming a better person? What would happen if you started spending time with the RIGHT crowd?
It isn’t easy to remain positive when negativity surrounds you, but remember that you have full control over your attitude.
The ocean can’t sink a ship unless it gets inside the ship: all the negativity in the world can’t bring you down unless you allow it to get inside your head.
